By using TabLens, you agree to these terms. We keep them simple and fair.
1. Use of Service
TabLens is designed for personal productivity and cognitive management. You agree not to use the service for any illegal activities, or to attempt to reverse-engineer our algorithms.
2. Intellectual Property
The "Tab Debt" concept, UI/UX design, and underlying code are the exclusive property of TabLens. You retain full ownership of your personal browsing data.
3. Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime, but TabLens is provided "as is". We are not liable for any loss of data or productivity interruptions caused by server maintenance or third-party API failures.
4. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms as TabLens evolves. We will notify you via email or an in-app alert before any major changes take effect.
